The innovative combustion head adjustment system can effectively ensure that the combustion head can move smoothly during the adjustment process, while reducing noise and pollutant emissions.
Simple adjustment of the combustion head can change its internal geometry to suit the output of the burner. The servo motor drives the combustion head to move according to different loads while adjusting the damper baffle, and the combustion head is adjusted through a simple lever.
This system ensures that the burner gets the best mixing ratio at each load point.
DSM BLU series burners use the latest design to achieve the best air/fuel ratio, which effectively reduces pollutant emissions.
The gas of the combustion head enters the combustion chamber through the opening perpendicular to the air flow direction: part of the fuel is injected directly into the center of the flame. This lowers the combustion temperature and reduces the formation of thermal NO.
Staged combustion prevents the occurrence of high-oxygen zones in the flame. Combustion air entering the combustion chamber at high velocity results in flue gas recirculation which further reduces pollutant emissions. Emission levels are lower than required by the standard.

The working mode of Burner is start-stop. Once set up, the regulation of the burner for the output power of the burner is fixed, but (may)
slightly different due to the change of the outside conditions. The burner includes only one working point. The start-stop is controlled by the way
of Tc (thermostat and pressure switch). After burner is started, if the temperature of the heated object (or pressure) below the set value of Tc, Tc
closed, burner operation; When the temperature of the heated object (or pressure) higher than that of Tc Settings, Tc disconnect, burner control
downtime; When the temperature of the heated object (or pressure) reduced to below the setting of the Tc.
Two- stage burner
The working mode includes low fire- high fire. The burner has two working points, which can work in a one-stage fire ,also in two stage fire.
Burner control circuit includes Tc and T2 (thermostat and pressure switch), which control the burner's running state. The setting value of T2 is lower than that of Tc. After burner is started, if the temperature (or pressure) of the object being heated is lower than the setting values of Tc and T2, and Tc and T2 are closed, the burner operates in two fire (fire); If the temperature of the heated object (or pressure) is lower than Tc but higher than T2 value, the Tc closed, T2 disconnect, the burner operates in one-stage fire; If the temperature (or pressure) of the object being heated is higher than the Tc set values, the T2 and Tc are disconnected, the burner will be stopped; When the temperature of the heated object (or pressure) is lower than the Tc value, the Tc reclosed, the burner automatically restart and run as above said.
The control of the temperature or pressure of the object heated by a two-stage burner is more accurate than that of a one-stage burner.
