DS/2 LBU Series
The output range of DS/2 BLU series of burner is 44-2400- kw , suitable for the low and medium temperature hot water boiler, hot water or steam boiler, heat conduction oil furnace.
The running mode of this burner is smooth two stage fire, or you can install a PID Proportional adjuster and a probe to get the proportion regulation mode . This series burner can reach high running level in all applied field, and lower fuel consumption and running cost. Special design makes the burner small, easy to use and maintain. Its special air conduit circuit and multiple optional accessories parts improves the flexibility of working.

DS series burner heads of different length can be optioned by the thickness of boiler foreplate and boiler type.
Depending on the type of boiler, check if the depth installed in the combustion chamber is correct.
The burner inner parts can be adjusted by regulating the screws fixed on the flange to reach the required maximum output.

Gas valve group
The burner is equipped with a butterfly valve used to adjust fuel delivery, which be controlled by a motor with variable line CAM.
Fuel can be supplied from the left or the right of the burner. If the pressure of fuel gas supply pipe ( parts of DS 25-45/2) is too
high, the largest gas pressure switch will stop burner .
The required gas valve can be optioned according to the gas output and pressure of supply pipeline.
